Our first office was one of the owner’s spare bedrooms in his house, with a phone, a typewriter, and 3 employees. Since that time as we have grown, many of our personnel have remained as part of our team.
We are humbled as we look back at the success we have experienced as we have partnered with many owners, engineers, property managers, and business partners. We look forward to the future, with excitement and anticipation.
We won’t tell you about our reputation. We’ll let our clients tell you! We work for a wide range of owners, as well as locally and nationally known property managers, engineers and architects. We have hundreds of references, which can be provided upon request.
We believe that it is our moral responsibility to make sure that each client understands what we intend to do, and then to do exactly what we said we would do. Our president, Dan Warner, believes that not only is this the right thing to do, but that we will all be held to account for our actions one day, and therefore, we must live our lives with the highest integrity, and the highest respect for every client, every employee, and every person with whom we come into contact. We are members of many professional industry organizations, including the International Concrete Repair Institute (I.C.R.I.), the Sealant, Waterproofing, Restoration Institute (S.W.R.I), The National Trust for Historic Preservation, Mid-Atlantic Masonry Association, The Community Association Institute (C.A.I.), and others. Memberships in these organizations allow us to stay on the cutting edge of our industry, through training, publications, seminars, and relationships with other members.
